Ellen Wagner, MPH, MS

Ellen Wagner serves as Vice President of Operations at Town Square Health, where she oversees the design and execution of operational strategies that ensure efficient, patient-focused care delivery across all markets. She manages alignment between operational performance and the organization’s clinical objectives, enhancing workflows and patient access within a value-based care framework.

Her background spans several healthcare organizations, including ETR Associates, Michigan Medicine, Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, and NYU Langone. Throughout these roles, she has spearheaded operational transformation and strengthened clinical support systems while building collaboration among interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Wagner holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health and a Master of Science from New York Medical College. Her educational foundation combines analytical rigor with healthcare expertise, enabling her to manage complex operational initiatives. Her experience encompasses quality improvement, systems integration, and organizational development — competencies she applies toward advancing Town Square Health’s goal of delivering coordinated, accessible care that centers on patient needs.
