We currently accept several Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans to meet your clients’ needs. Town Square Health partners with physician-owned practices, including Town Square Medical, P.C., which will employ all clinicians here in Rochester.
We started Town Square Health because too many people- especially older adults- were falling through the cracks of a busy, complicated healthcare system.
