How to Access Your Uber Health Ride with Town Square Health
Scheduling a ride to your appointment is simple:
- Book your appointment with your Town Square Health care team by calling 585-440-6045.
- Let us know you’d like a ride. Our Care Navigators will arrange transportation for you when you schedule your visit, or anytime beforehand.
- We handle the rest. Using Uber Health, we’ll schedule a ride timed to get you to your appointment comfortably and on time — no app, smartphone, payment, or Uber account required on your end.
- We’ll do the same for your ride home, so you’re never left figuring out how to get back after your visit.
Rides can be arranged for the patient, and in many cases for a caregiver or family member accompanying them, so you don’t have to face your appointment alone if you don’t want to.
