Do I need a referral to come to this location?
No referral is needed for primary care visits. If you’re already working with a specialist, we can help coordinate that care.
Which Medicare plans do you accept?
We currently accept Aetna, Excellus BCBS, and Wellcare/Fidelis Care Medicare Advantage plans. We will be adding more insurance plans soon. Call our team if you’d like to confirm coverage for a specific plan.
Can my caregiver come with me?
Yes. Caregivers are welcome to be part of the care conversation so everyone has a clearer understanding of the plan.
